  STEYER
  
  Absalom Steyer, 87, of Mill Run RD 1, died March 15, 1981, in the
  Connellsville State General Hospital.  Born Nov. 15, 1893, in Mill
  Run, Pa., son of the late Elijah P. and Agnes (Sloane) Steyer. 
  Survived by two sons, Virgil T. Steyer, Warren, Ohio; and Bernard W.
  Steyer of Mill Run RD 1; one daughter, Mrs. Hillel (Virginia) Amos,
  Glendale, Calif.; five grandchildren; two brothers, Ira E. and Ralph
  V., both of Mill Run.  Friends will be received from 9 a.m. to the
  hour of service, 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Brooks Funeral Home Inc.,
  111 East Green St., Connellsville, with the Rev. Roger Pence
  officiating.  Interment, Steyer Cemetery.
