  Edna Blubaugh Stidham, 69, of Tucson, Ariz., died May 5, 1981, in
  Tucson.  Born May 10, 1912, in Brothersvalley Township, daughter of
  the late Austin and Leila (Salkeld) Blubaugh.  Preceded in death by
  parents and four brothers.  Survived by husband, Ray S., of Tucson. 
  Sister of Mrs. Lee (Louise) Witt of Berlin; Mrs. Ray (Doris) Miller,
  Meyersdale RD 1; A. Gene Blubaugh, Berlin RD 4; William S. Blubaugh,
  Tucson; and Thomas E., Cleveland, Ohio.  Services and interment will
  be held in Tucson.
