Born June 7, 1939 at Nowrytown, Indiana County, son of the late Samuel Franklin and Mary Matilda (Lohr) Stiffey. Preceded in death by first wife, the former Audrey A. Ream; and a sister, Adeline Vinosky. Survived by his wife, the former Ila Marie Yoder, son, Terry B. Stiffey, Somerset; stepsons, Lee A. Heining and Charles H. Heining, both of Somerset and six step-grandchildren. Brother of Mrs. Myrtle Fieg, Boswell RD 2, Mrs. Rosella Baker, Somerset RD 3 and William C. Stiffey, Somerset RD 3. Also survived by father-in-law, Henry L. Yoder, Somerset RD 7 and brother-in-law, Donald E. Yoder of Somerset. He was a custodian for Somerset Area Schools and a member of the National Rifle Association. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Sunday, at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 10 a.m., Monday. Rev. Keith R. Bell and Rev.
