  STIFFEY
  
  David Stiffey, 58, of Whitefish, Mont., previously a resident of
  Somerset County, died Dec. 16, 2002, in Whitefish.  Born Sept. 5,
  1944, in Somerset County, he is the son of Elizabeth and Robert
  Stiffey.  Preceded in death by parents and sister Evelyn Douds.  He
  is survived by a daughter, Deniece Stiffey, and brothers and sisters,
  Dolly Miller, James, Betty Stiffey, Philip, Joseph, Albert, Donna
  Hutzell, Louise Bucy, William and Marty.  He will be missed dearly.
