Preceded in death by first husband, Paul Fotchman [sic], daughter, Lois Fochtman, and grandchildren James Lewis, Sonya Felten, and Jennifer Fochtman. Survived by husband, Willard "Red" Stiffler, whom she married Oct. 11, 1983; children: Mary, wife of Owen Caton, Berlin, Pauline Sarver, Indianapolis, Ind., Samuel, married to the former Linda McKenzie, Berlin, Harry, married to the former Wilma Brick, Berlin, John, married to the former Connie Pugh, Berlin, Rita, wife of Roger Lewis, Manns Choice, George, married to the former Sandy Restly, Somerset, Anna, wife of Steve Hankinson, New Baltimore, and Dorothy, wife of Harley Bowser, Manns Choice; stepchildren: Debbie Shaffer, Manns Choice, Jay Stiffler, married to the former Robin Jackson, Watsonburg, and Lisa, wife of Jack Shields, Boswell; sisters, Janet Gindlesperger, Berlin, Betty Landis, Berlin; Judy Suder, Berlin, Carol Duppstadt, Stoystown; and brother, Larry Benning, New Baltimore; 35 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. She was a housewife. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Baltimore, where funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Rev. Allen Zeth officiating. Committal service at St. John's Cemetery New Baltimore.
