  STIFFLER
  
    Robert Calvin Stiffler Sr., 71, of Somerset, died Nov. 16, 1999, at
  Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.  Born Jan. 13, 1928, in
  Acosta, the son of Calvin LaRue and Lottie Elizabeth (Nicklow)
  Stiffler.  Preceded in death by parents, wife, Zola Jane Stiffler,
  who died July 13, 1996.  Survived by son, Robert C. Stiffler Jr.,
  married to Kimberly Qualters of Somerset; 3 grandchildren: Jessica
  Riggs, Shawn and Ian Stiffler.  Brother of Mrs. Luther (Mary Emma)
  Gardner of Somerset and Wilbert Stiffler of Acosta.  Member of
  Rockwood Church of the Brethren, F.O.E. Aerie 1801.  Retired trackman
  for B&O Railroad.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at
  the Haugler-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at
  1 p.m. Friday, Rev. Jay L. Christner officiating.  Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park.  Contributions may be made to Somerset "In
  Touch" Hospice, 1590 N. Center Avenue, Somerset, Pa. 15501.
