Berkley-Stillman, 75, of Naples, Fla., formerly of Somerset, died June 22, 2003 at Naples Community Hospital, Naples, Fla. Born Aug. 23, 1927 in Somerset a daughter of Edna Hanning. Preceded in death by mother; first husband, William E. Berkley who died June 7, 1985. Survived by second husband, A. Eugene Stillman; children: Douglas W. Berkley married to the former Linda Tipton of Somerset, Danna Jill McNamara of Palos Verdes, Calif.; stepchildren: Mrs. Richard (Judy) Miller, West Windsor, N.J., Mrs. Robert (Patricia) Hatch of Plainville, Conn., Mrs. Ray (Nancy) Croteau of Biddeford, Maine and John Stillman of Dover, N.J.; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Member of Somerset Church of the Brethren, Eagle Creek Golf and Country club and the Sands Club of Naples. She was a past Board Member of the Somerset Country Club, past president of Somerset Welfare League in 1979 and an avid Bridge player and golfer. A Graduate of Jefferson Medical School of Nursing in Philadelphia and worked as a registered nurse for 20 years. Principally with Dr. Musser and Somerset Hospital. She was a participant in the Harvard Nursing Health Study for 26 years. Enjoyed a second career as an interior designer and co-owner of the former Somerset Paint and Supply. Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home where service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday with Rev. Roger L. Forry officiating.
