Stouffer, 87, of 100 Abbeyville Road, Lancaster, died Feb. 18, at Whitehall Convalescent Center, after a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Elsie V., who died in 1978. Born in Hagerstown, Md., a son of the late William H. and Lillie V. (Sigler) Stouffer. Came to Lancaster in 1929, prior to that lived in York, Pa. Retired from RCA in 1960 as a metal worker in the maintenance department. Formerly operated an auto body shop in Lancaster. Member of Church of Christ, Lancaster, where he was a former deacon and treasurer of the church, 33rd Degree Mason and a member of Lamberton Lodge No. 476, F & AM; Lancaster Lodge of Perfection, the Harrisburg Consistory, the Lancaster County Shrine Club, Zembo Temple and the Lancaster Forest No. 27, Tall Cedars of Lebanon. The Stouffers celebrated their 60th anniversary in 1976. Survived by one daughter, Mary V., wife of the Rev. Paul P. Weber of Lancaster, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. at the Fred F. Groff Inc. Funeral Home, 234 W. Orange St., Lancaster, the Rev. C.
