He retired as Senior Systems Analyst from Consolidated Natural Gas in 1982. While working with Peoples Natural Gas Co., he was active with Junior Achievement. Not only was he a founding member of the Middle Creek Golf Club near Somerset, but he had a hole-in-one on the fifth green. Predeceased by his late wife, Eunice Heazlett Stout. Survived by his wife, Lois Kelley Stout of Upper St. Clair; daughter, Susan S. Fretterd and son--in-law, Raymond J. Fretterd of Mount Lebanon. Also survived by sisters, Elsie S. Fiscus of Canandaigua, N.Y., and Dorothy S. Wilson of Crystal Springs, Ms., and brothers, Thomas M. Stout of Sardis, Pa.; Norman M. Stout, Wilkinsburg, and Roger Donnell Stout, Murrysville. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born Oct. 21, 1918 in Murrysville, son of Samuel and Alice (Morgan) Stout. Funeral arrangements by Reinhauer's 2630 W. Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh, where friends will be welcome from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Westminster Presbyterian Church, 3040 Washington Road, Upper St. Clair. Interment, Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
