  STOVER
  
  Chalmers Barr Stover, 60, of Chesapeake, Va. died April 6, in
  Maryview Hospital.  He was born June 25, 1912, in Oakmont, a son of
  the late John and Elsie Keppel Stover.  He is survived by his widow,
  the former Leota Botherl Brown.  He was a brother of Everett and
  Richard, both of Oakmont; Jack of Australia; and Mrs. Fonda Morris of
  Indianapolis, Ind.  He was member of the Elks of Oakmont and was
  formerly a radio announcer with WVSC.
