  STOY
  
    John Conrad Stoy Sr., 89, Somerset died Dec. 22, 2000 at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born  Sept. 12, 1911 in Somerset Township.  Son of Wilson
  Robert and Daryle Elizabeth (Stahl) Stoy.  Preceded in death by
  parents, brothers Robert L. Stoy and C. Kenneth Stoy.  Survived by
  wife the former Verda Irene Walker to whom he was married 65 years
  and children: Robert W. Stoy married to the former Mary Berkeley of
  Fairfax, Va.; John C. Stoy Jr., married to the former Patricia Black,
  Somerset; Miss Jane A. Stoy, Morgantown, W.Va., and James M. Stoy,
  Somerset.  Also nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. 
  Brother of Rufus M. Stoy, Homosassa, Fla. and Park C. Stoy,
  Somerset.  Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, ROE Aeire 1801, Lodge
  358 F & AM, Jeffe Shrine, United Mine Workers of America. 
  Superintendent of Somerset Borough Public Works Department retiring
  in 1976 with 20 years service.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to
  9 p.m. Tuesday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset.  Service will
  be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27, at Trinity Lutheran
  Church, Rev. Robert L. Hoover Jr. officiating.  Somerset County
  Memorial Park.  Contributions may be made to Somerset Oncology
  Center, 314 S. Kimberly Ave., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
