  STRANDQUEST
  
  John O. Strandquest, 94, of Central City died Aug. 5, 1978 at Lee
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Nov. 13, 1883 in Antrim, Pa., a son of the
  late Edward T. and Matilda (Johnson) Strandquest.  Preceded in death
  by wife, the former Mary W. Shaffer; son, Theodore; and two
  brothers.  Survived by two children: Walter D. of Johnstown; and
  Evelyn M. of Central City; also six grandchildren, and eight
  great-grandchildren.  Friends were received on Sunday and will again
  be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Charles E. Brumbaugh
  Funeral Home, Central City.  The body will lie in state Tuesday from
  1-2 p.m., time of service, at the United Methodist Church, Central
  City, with the Rev. Marlin Miller officiating.  Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park.
