  William J. Stufft, 88, of Boswell RD 2, died April 30, 1981, at
  home.  Born Oct. 28, 1892, in Jenner Township, son of James and Nancy
  (Reep) Stufft.  Preceded in death by parents; wife, the former Minnie
  Grace Daniels, who died March 1936; a brother, George; sister, Mrs.
  Mae Heckman; half sister, Mrs. Daisy Beener; and half brothers,
  Morton and Jacob.  Survived by these children: James, married to the
  former Carrie Spangler; Twila Ferne, wife of William Rutter; and
  William D., married to the former Frieda Daniels, all of Boswell RD
  2; and Mrs. Geraldine Stumpf of Loma Linda, CA; 11 grandchildren; and
  nine great-grandchildren.  Member of former Mt. Zion Lutheran Church,
  Jenner Township.  Life long prominent resident of Jenner Township. 
  Self-employed mine owner and farmer.  Friends received from 7 to 9
  p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home,
  409 Main St., Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday,
  the Rev. George E. Bowersox, Jr.  Interment, Mt. Zion Cemetery.
