Stull, Sr., 85, of Shanksville, died Feb. 17, 1984, at home. Born July 9, 1898, in Stonycreek Township, son of Justus and Margaret (Ream) Stull. Preceded in death by parents, brother Donald, sister Jessie Friedline and one grandson. Survived by wife, the former Clara Brick, whom he married Nov. 28, 1929; and these children: Mrs. Margaret Colflesh, Berlin RD 1; Mrs. Clyde (Betty) Custer, Shanksville; Mrs. Patricia Shaffer of Listie; Mrs. Virginia Koontz of Friedens; George D. Jr., at home; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Retired Stonycreek Township farmer. Member of the Shanksville United Methodist Church. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Remains will be moved to Shanksville United Methodist Church to lie in state from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Monday, the Rev. Michael L. Holt assisted by Rev. Patricia Harrington officiating.
