Home., Fayetteville, Pa., formerly of Chambersburg and Listie, died Oct. 7, 1984. Born Dec. 8, 1896 in Listie, son of the late William and Margaret (Watkins) Stumbaugh. Member of King St. United Brethren Church; retired employee of Letterkenny Army Depot. Preceded in death by wife, Gladis [sic?*] M. (Adams) Stumbaugh; one son and two daughters. Survived by the following children: Marguerite (Mrs. George) Lape; Dorothy (Mrs. Donald) Cutchall [sic?**]; Betty (Mrs. William E.) Snyder; Shirley (Mrs. Alexander Jr.) Crist [sic?**]; Charlotte (Mrs. Robert) Erickson; Wanda Pogue and John J. Stumbaugh Jr., all of Chambersburg; 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Last of immediate family. Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Park-Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg, with the Rev. Paul B. Baker and the Rev. William T. Snyder. Interment, Browns Mill Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service in the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Piney Mt. Home, Rt. 2, Fayetteville, Pa., 17222.
