    Services for Timothy G. Sturtz, 23, formerly of Cumberland,
  Maryland, who was killed October 22, 1982 in a car crash in Wheeling,
  W.Va., were conducted at Cresaptown United Methodist Church with the
  Rev. Harold McClay Jr. officiating.  Interment will be in Rest Lawn
  Memorial Gardens.
