  STURTZ
  
  Viola J. Sturtz, 81, Stoystown RD 2, died March 6, 1988 at Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Oct. 22, 1906 in Somerset County, a
  daughter of George and Minnie (Foust) Lantz.  Preceded in death by
  parents; husband, Daniel E.; brothers, Elmer and George; and sister,
  Myrtle Halle.  Survived by these children: Mrs. Charles (Betty)
  Wright, Manns Choice; Harold, Berlin; William, married to the former
  Ruth Jones, Stoystown RD 2; 15 grandchildren and 29 great
  grandchildren.  Sister of Elijah, Painesville, Ohio; Charles,
  Saltsburg; Dorothy Slope and Minnie Landis, both of Berlin; John,
  Clymer.  Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 10 a.m.
  Wednesday, Rev. Harry W. Bassett, officiating.  Interment, Mt.
  Lebanon Cemetery, Glencoe.
