  STURTZ
  
    William Clinton Sturtz, 84, of Frederick, Md., formerly of
  Meyersdale, died Feb. 20, 1999 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.  Born
  Oct. 1, 1914, in Meyersdale.  A son of the late Cyrus and Mabel
  (Shoemaker) Sturtz.  Also preceded in death by two brothers, Edison
  Sturtz and Henry Sturtz and a sister, Mary Deem.  Survived by his
  wife of 56 years, the former Sarah Mabel Wilt.  Also survived by two
  daughters, Judy Arlene, wife of Jerold Winkle and Alma Jean Lee, both
  of Frederick.  Four grandchildren: William Leon Winkle; Julie Ann
  Winkle, Tanya Lei Lani Lee and Kari Jean Lee.  Five brothers and two
  sisters: John Sturtz, Wilbert Sturtz, Cyrus Sturtz, Clotus Sturtz,
  Raymond Sturtz, Julia Bridges and Blanche Peterman.  Mr. Sturtz was
  employed as a carpenter in the home construction industry.  Friends
  will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Price Funeral
  Home, Meyersdale.  Relatives and friends will gather at 10:30 a.m.
  Thursday at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Glencoe, for a graveside
  service with Pastor Dan Goddard officiating. Memorial contributions
