Born Sept. 5, 1913, in Jerome, daughter of the late Newton A. and Nettie (Miller) Blough. Survived by her husband of 60 years, Dwight, with whom she operated a Raleigh distributorship for 56 years in Ligonier Valley and Somerset County. Preceded in death by son, Charles; daughter, Alice; grandson, Raymond Stutzman; and son-in-law, Regis "Ozz" Campbell; brothers, William C. and Newton Jr.; sisters, Margaret McDonald and Florence Myers. Survived by daughters, Ruth Campbell of Laughlintown, and Karen and her husband, William McCullough of Greensburg; son, Robert and his wife, Carolyn of Latrobe and daughter-in-law, Rosalie of Seymour, Tenn. Eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. In addition, she is survived by brothers: Robert J. of Boswell and Gary of Minnesota; and sisters, Lucille (Mrs. Robert H.) Miller of Johnstown; Mildred (Mrs. Wilbur) Zimmerman of Waterford; and Ellen (Mrs. David) Miltenberger of Johnstown. Member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ligonier, where she was Sunday school superintendent for more than 30 years. Belonged to the Dorcas Class, Altar Guild and numerous other groups in the church. Mrs. Stutzman was a lay representative to the Ligonier Valley Association of Churches from its beginning and a member of the Church Women United of Ligonier. She also was a member of Lady St. Clair Rebekah Lodge and served as Noble Grand and District Deputy president. In addition, she belonged to the auxiliary to Ligonier VFW. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Friday at McCabe Funeral Home, 244 W. Main St., Ligonier. Services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. James Lutheran Church, Ligonier, with the Rev. William M. Oesterlin officiating. Interment, St. James Cemetery, near Jennerstown.
