  SUDER
  
  Emerson S. Suder, 76, of Meyersdale RD 1 died June 22, 1994, at
  Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Born July 24, 1917, in Summit
  Mills.  A son of the late Edward K. and Mabel (Saylor) Suder. 
  Survived by his wife of 53 years, the former Betty Diveley; son
  David, married to the former Kathy Lohr, Meyersdale RD 1; brother Max
  of Gibsonia; sister Leta, married to William Bowman, Meyersdale RD 3,
  and three grandchildren: Marci, married to Michael Phillippi,
  Somerset RD 4, and Danielle and Matthew Suder of Meyersdale RD 1. 
  Retired farmer and owner of Suder Beverage Company.  Member of Zion
  Lutheran Church.  Former president of Somerset County Fair
  Association.  Former president of the Meyersdale Volunteer Fire
  Department.  Member of various state and local organizations. 
  Meyersdale Citizen of the Year in 1983.  Friends will be received
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Leckemby Funeral Home, where
  service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, with Pastor Randall
  Marburger.  Interment, Union Cemetery.  Family suggests contributions
  be made to the Zion Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
