  SUDER
  
  N. Edward Suder, 77, of Berlin, died Feb. 9, 2002, at his
  residence.  Born Dec. 9, 1924, in Berlin, son of Norman H. and Ellen
  (Henry) Suder.  Preceded in death by his parents and a brother,
  Robert H. Suder.  Survived by wife of 22 years, the former Judy
  Benning; children, Joyce A., married to Larry W. Saylor, New
  Lexington, Terry E., married to the former Arlene Sipe, Garrett,
  Cathy J., married to Larry Fleegle, Shanksville, David K., married to
  the former Betsy Deeter, Lucrecia, married to Joseph Bingman, Laurie
  Deeter and Charles Deeter, all of Berlin; 14 grandchildren; one
  great-grandson; and a brother, James I. Suder, Berlin.  He was a
  graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School, class of 1942.  A
  self-employed farmer; secretary of Brothersvalley Twp.
  1972-present.  Former Brothersvalley Twp. Supervisor 1969-1988.  Past
  president and current secretary of the County Association of
  Townships.  Former president of the State Association of Township
  Supervisors 1986-1987.  Past president and zone chairman Berlin Lions
  Club, and a member of United Church of Christ, Roxbury.  Family will
  receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Tuesday at the Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where services will be
  held 2 p.m. Wednesday.  Rev. Sherman Berky, Rev. Ralph G. Landis, and
  Rev. Walter B. Martin officiating.  Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F.
  Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be sent to Roxbury United
  Church of Christ, Berlin, Pa., 15530.
