Born Jan. 12, 1898, in Somerset County, the daughter of Charles and Minnie (Swarner) Eagle. Survived by one son, Charles Sullivan of Rockwood; one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Gardner of Hopewood; one brother, William Eagle, Rockwood RD 2, and one grandson, Charles Gardner of Blacksburg, Va.; also four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Life-time member of the Evangelical and United Methodist Church in Rockwood. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. John Bassinger officiating. Interment, Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
