  JOHN Y. SUMMY
  
    John Y. Summy, 72, Meyersdale RD 1, died Oct. 31, 1982, at his home.
    He was born July 21, 1910, in Summit Township, a son of the late
  Yost I. and Emma (Kinsinger) Summy.
    He is survived by his widow, Mary Wengerd and three sons: Alvin and
  Yost, both of Meyersdale RD 1; and Henry of Allensville, Pa.; nine
  grandchildren.
    He was the brother of Pete, Sadie Beachy, Katie Beachy, and Nancy
  Summy, all of Meyersdale RD 1; and Salomie Swartzentruber of Oakland,
  Md.
    Friends are being received at the home and service will be held at
  10 a.m. Wednesday at the Summit Mills Old Order Amish Church with
  Bishop Noah J. Yoder officiating.  Interment at the church
  cemetery.  Arrangements in charge of Leckemby Funeral Home.
