  Cletus D. Suttmiller, 75, New Baltimore, died Feb. 23, 1984, at his
  home.  Born Dec. 8, 1908, in Bedford County, son of the late Bernard
  and Althea (Wolfhope) Suttmiller.  Preceded in death by wife, former
  Bernadine Imgrund, who died in 1960; also a grandson, granddaughter
  and two brothers.  Survived by Florence Hankinson, with whom he made
  his home; these children: Frances, wife of Lester Hillegass: Bernice,
  wife of Stanley Diehl; Donald, married to former Anna Mae Toth, all of
  Manns Choice RD 1; John, married to former Barbara Anderson; Cyril,
  married to former Rita Glessner, both of Enid, Okla.; Madeline, wife
  of James Fochtman, New Baltimore; Emma, wife of Bill Steach, Everett
  RD 3; Vernonica,* wife of Paul Ferko; Robert "Gus" Hankinson; James
  W. Hankinson, all of Cleveland, Ohio; 22 grandchildren, 23
  great-grandchildren.  Brother of Mrs. Ruth O'Brien of Meadeville
  [sic] and Mrs. Mary Byers of Sharon.  Was retired mechanic at Barnes
  Garage, Bedford, for over 30 years.  Member of St. John the Baptist
  Church, New Baltimore, where Mass of Christian Burial will be
  celebrated 10 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Ray Nolan, O.Carm.,
  officiating.  Interment, Church Cemetery.  Friends received at
  Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg, 7 to 9 Saturday, 2 to 4 and
  7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, where wake service will be held 8 p.m. Sunday.
