He is preceded by son-in-law, Frederick R. Trueman. George grew up in Summit Mills, the son of Elmer and Laura Sutton. George is survived by his wife, Florence (Colflesh) Sutton; his children: Margie Trueman, Florida; Greg (Susan) Sutton, New York; James (Loree Fankhauser) Sutton, Bradenton; and Traci (Ernie) Lyon, South Carolina. George is also survived by six grandchildren: Bobby and his wife, Angel Trueman; Zachary and Tanner Lyon; Andrew and Lucus Sutton, all of whom he cherished. He was a brother to Katherine (Purbaugh), John, Ed, Caroline (Butler), and Ernest. George expanded his family by marrying into the large Colflesh family. We will hold Pappy in our hearts for his love of family, his laughter, gift of gab and ability to fix (or rig) anything. There will be private service in Florida for the family.
