   Chris Allan Swallow, 40, Bristol, Va., formerly of Johnstown, died Sept. 17, 2008, at
  home. Born June 19, 1968, in Somerset, son of Curtis and Lucille (Eshelman) Swallow.
  Preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Francis and Emma Swallow; and maternal
  grandparents, Jesse and Hazel Eshelman. Survived by parents, Central City; brothers,
  David, Georgia; Curt, North Carolina; Daren, married to the former Brenda Zimmerman,
  Central City; sister, Lucinda, Pittsburgh; nephews, Brent, Tyler, Ryan and Jeremiah;
  aunts and uncles, Raymond and Becky Swallow, Central City; William Swallow, Virginia;
  Ruth and Kenneth Landis, Strasburg; and many cousins. A 1986 graduate of Shade High
  School and a U.S. Navy veteran. He enjoyed racing. Family will receive friends from 2 to
  4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where a service will be held
  11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. James Vandervort officiating. Interment Buckstown Cemetery. In
  lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family, c/o Curtis
