Va., died Jan. 9, 1990, at her residence. Born July 18, 1912, in Keyser, W.Va., daughter of the late Ralph S. and Blanche (Miller) Markle. Also preceded in death by one brother. Survivors include her husband, James C. Swaner; three sons: William L. Swaner and Paul L. Swaner, both of Ridgley, W.Va.; and Robert D. Swaner of Somerset; one daughter, Linda K. McDonald, Ridgley; four sisters: Francis H. Ravenscroft; Vera E. Beatty; and Ruth E. Robinson, all of Keyser, W.Va.; and Helen D. Kimble, Dawson, Md.; five brothers: Arnold E. Markle, Madera, Calif.; Lloyd E. Markle, Kenneth L. Markle, Lou H. Markle and Donald A. Markle, all of Keyser; 17 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was a housewife. Member of Central Assembly of God, Cumberland, Md. Visitation at the Fort Ashby Funeral Home from 7-9 p.m. today and from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Service will be held at the funeral home at 1 p.m. Saturday, the Rev. Gary Butler officiating. Interment, Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Cumberland, Md. Daily American, January 11, 1990 [S3413]
