  Miss Marian L. Swank, 77, South Edgewood Avenue, Somerset, died Sept.
  9, 1984, in Somerset Community Hospital.  Born April 18, 1907, in
  Lincoln Township, a daughter of the late Henry and Nannie (Horner)
  Swank.  Preceded in death by brothers, Ernest, Merle, John, Charles,
  and Lester.  Survived by one brother, Orlo, Somerset RD 5; and a
  number of nieces and nephews.  Member of St. Paul's United Church of
  Christ, Somerset, Somerset Grange, and Retired Teachers
  Association.  Retired as Lincoln Township school teacher after 34
  years.  Friends will be received after 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) in
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be conducted
  Wednesday, 1:30 p.m., the Rev. William R. Mulford.  Interment, Beam's
  Cemetery.
