    Mary Catherine Swank, 98, Somerset, died June 8, 2007, at The Patriot, Somerset. Born
  May 14, 1909, in Somerset Township, the daughter of Frank J. and Carrie Ada (Weller)
  Metzler. Preceded in death by parents, husband, John Adam Swank, who died Aug. 28, 1986;
  infant son, J.C. Swank, and daughter-in-law, Carol Swank. Survived by children Robert J.
  Swank, married to the former Dora Kinsinger, Somerset; Mrs. James M. (Lois) Stuart,
  Frederick, Md. Keith M. Swank, Butler, and Ms. Sandra J. Sunseri, Monument, Colo., 12
  grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren, and sisters,
  Ruth Miller and Ruby Walters, both of Somerset. Member of First United Methodist Church,
  Rebekah Lodge, Samuels Homemakers and she loved gardening. She also had worked as a cook
  and baker for the former Coffee Shop for 16 years. Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Sunday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be conducted
  11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Patricia Nelson and the Rev. Dr. Arthur Gotjen officiating.
