  TIMOTHY W. SWANK
  
  Timothy W. Swank, 51, Indian Lake, died Sept. 25, 2004, at his
  residence.  Born June 24, 1953, in Somerset, the son of the late
  Lester Swank and Ferne (Shaffer) Swank, Somerset.  Besides his father,
  he is preceded in death by a sister, Carol Swank and a brother, Blair
  Swank.  Besides his mother, he is survived by brothers and sister,
  Mrs. Richard (Patricia) Fox, Somerset, Elwood Swank, Rockwood, Lee
  Swank and Stephen Swank, both of Somerset, and Mrs. Curtis (Darlene)
  Valentine, Stoystown.  Member of St. John's United Methodist Church,
  Edie. Friends received from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday in the Robert H.
  Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be held at 10:30 a.m.
  Tuesday.  The Rev. Barry K. Ritenour officiating.  Interment in Beams
  Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 168
  W. Union St., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
