Grant Street, Salisbury, and formerly of Springs, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 1996, at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital, Johnstown. Born Feb. 20, 1928, at Norfolk, Va., she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Fannie (Kinsinger) Swartzentruber. Miss Swartzentruber was a member of Springs Mennonite Church and had been employed as an office worker for Meyersdale Community Hospital, Yoder's Milk Transport, Somerset Excavating and Myron Schoffstall, CPA. She is survived by a brother, Crist Swartzentruber; Meyersdale; two sisters: Sara (Mrs. Monroe Tice) and Mary Swartzentruber, both of Salisbury; and a number of nieces and nephews. A memorial service was conducted on Friday, Nov. 1, at 11 a.m. at the Springs Mennonite Church with the Rev. Earl Yoder and Steven Heatwole officiating. Private interment was in Springs Cemetery.
