She was an invalid ever since her fifth year, and was made so by a severe attack of spinal meningitis. She is survived by her father, also a brother and three sisters, namely, George Swartzwelder, of Stoystown; Mrs. Samuel Gaglard and Mrs. Ledger Brown of Hooversville, and Mrs. Ray Daugherty of Paso Robles, California. Funeral services were held in Hooversville, Tuesday of last week, and interment was in the P.O.S. of A. Cemetery. Meyersdale Republican, December 3, 1942
