JOSEPH SWEARMAN

  Joseph Swearman, aged 77 years, died on Friday, December 27, at his home near 
Vim.  Mr. Swearman was an invalid for many years, a son of Frederick and 
Elizabeth (Domer) Swearman, he was born in Somerset County on June 15, 1863.  
His parents preceded him in death.
  Surviving are his two sisters, Mrs. L. W. Geiger, of Vim, and Miss Clara 
Swearman of Meyersdale.
  Funeral services were held at the Geiger home on Monday afternoon at 2:30, by 
Rev. J. E. Gindlesperger.  Interment was made in the Union Cemetery under the 
direction of W. C. Price and Son, Meyersdale morticians.
