  LEWIS W. SWEARMAN
  
    Lewis W. Swearman, 77, Meyersdale, died Tuesday, Sept. 12, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    Born in Meyersdale May 7, 1890, he was a son of John and Sarah
  Ellen (Bittner) Swearman.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Annie Agnes Stein; a daughter,
  Mrs. Percy Harkcom, Meyersdale; a granddaughter; two brothers,
  Herbert and John; two sisters, Mrs. Laura Martz and Mrs. Edgar
  Wagner, all of Meyersdale.
    Funeral service will be held at two o'clock on Friday afternoon in
  Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, with Rev. Charles E. Staub
  officiating.  Interment will be made in Union Cemetery.
