  ROBERT SWEARMAN
  
    Robert L. Swearman, 82, of Meyersdale RD 1, died Oct. 26 in Altoona
  V.A. Hospital.  Born April 17, 1895, in Meyersdale RD 4 he was a son
  of the late George and Missouri (Tressler) Swearman.
    He is survived by his wife, Lola (Sechler) Swearman and three sons:
  Blaine of Irwin; Donald, of Meyersdale RD 1; and William, of Warren,
  Ohio, also ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
    He was a brother of Frederick and Mrs. James Hoffmyer, both of
  Meyersdale, Mrs. Homer Boger, Meyersdale RD 4, and Mrs. Ray Sechler,
  Meyersdale RD 1.
    He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Summit Mills
  Brethren Church, Meyersdale VFW and the World War I Veterans,
  Somerset Barracks.
    Funeral services were held Saturday at the Leckemby Funeral Home
  with Rev. Richard duPont officiating.  Interment, Lichty Cemetery.
