    Goldie Elizabeth Swift, 87, of Berlin Rd 4, died Nov. 11, 1997, at
  Atrium Manor, Johnstown.  Born Oct. 11, 1910, in Brothersvalley
  Township, daughter of Simon and Matrona (Brant) Foust.  Preceded in
  death by parents; husband, John W.; brothers, Carl, Edward, Kenneth
  and John Foust.  Survived by these children: Gloria, married to Earl
  Oakman of Warren, Ohio; John, married to former Linda Miles of Plant
  City, Fla., and Simon, married to former Joyce Flick of Berlin RD
  4.  Also 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  Lifetime
  member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Berlin, and a member of
  Berlin Area Senior Citizens.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service
  will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Rev. Carl W. Schwarm officiating. 
  Interment, Berlin IOOF Cemetery.
