  SWOPE
  
    Cora Ellen Swope, 93, Friedens RD 2, formerly of Trafford and
  Boswell RD 2, died May 6, 1987, at home of daughter, Genevieve.  Born
  July 30, 1893, in Fairhope, daughter of Nathanael and Ellen (Shaffer)
  Shroyer.  Preceded in death by parents; husband William R., who died
  in 1968; son William; daughter Cora Belle Gindlesperger; also nine
  brothers and sisters.  Survived by these children: Genevieve, wife of
  Robert S. Lint, Friedens RD 2; Winifred, wife of Malcolm "Scott"
  MacDonald, Jennerstown; Evelyn, wife of David L. Lohr, Friedens RD 2;
  also numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Member of Laurel
  Trinity Lutheran Church, Jennerstown.  Friends received 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m. Friday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny St., at 11 a.m.
  Saturday, the Rev. Jesse E. Wolf officiating.  Interment, Jenner
  Crossroads Cemetery.
