  GARBER SWOPE
  
  Mary Garber Swope, 82, Glen Burnie, Md., formerly of Boswell, died Oct. 30,
  1982. Born Feb. 9, 1900, in Pennsylvania, daughter of Andrew and Catherine
  (Nemec) Baker.  Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Michael
  Garber; second husband, George Swope; daughter, Mary Sendeck; brother,
  Andrew.
  Survived by these children: John, married to the former Helen Krupa;
  Andrew, married to the former Doreen Culliney; Joseph, married to the
  former Margaret Warholic; Elizabeth, wife of Earl Tomlinson; Phillip,
  married to the former Catherine Held; Paul, married to the former Marion
  Vineski; and Carol Ross, all of Baltimore, Md.  Also numerous grandchildren
  and great-grandchildren. Sister of Stephen, married to the former Millie
  Zayaz, Stoystown RD 1.  Friends received from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tuesday
  at the Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell.  Mass of Christian
  Burial at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Boswell, with
  the Rev. Samuel Tomaselli officiating.  Interment, Jenner Crossroads
  Cemetery.
