  TABAK
  
  Mrs. Anna Tabak, 84, of Hay Street, Berlin, died March 9, 1972.  Born Jan.
  20, 1888 in Czechoslovakia.  Preceded in death by two husbands, Paul Maxsin
  and John Tabak, and one daughter, Martha Baratty.  Surviving are these
  children: John Maxsin, Central City RD 1; Paul C. Maxsin, Somerset RD 5;
  Michael Tabak, Homestead; Joseph Tabak, Stoystown RD 2, and Mrs. Ted
  (Ethel) Persuhn, Fairhope RD 1; 17 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
