He was born March 20, 1920, in Johnstown, a son of John and Anna (Zacucia) Tabak. Preceded in death by parents, one brother and one sister, He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Theodore (Ethel) Persuhn, Fairhope RD 1; and a half-brother, Paul Moxsin, Somerset. He was an army veteran of World War II and a member of the VFW and American Legion of Central City. Friends wore received at the Johnson - Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin, where services were held with the Rev. Kenneth S. Swanson Officiating. Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
