She was born June 19, 1892, in Confluence, daughter of the late Eberhart and Jane (Dwire) Morrison. She was a retired instructor of the Pennsylvania Department of Public Instruction. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Rochester, Order of the Eastern Star, Beaver Valley White Shrine and Rochester Women's Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, George W., Sept. 16, 1960. She is survived by one son, George E., of Edgeworth, Pa., and one daughter Mrs. Eunice Snow of Rochester. Friends will be received Tuesday 2.4 and 7-9 p.m. in the James R. Huntsman Funeral Home, 502 Adams St., Rochester, where services will be conducted Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. by her pastor, the Rev. Frank A. Bodnar. Interment will follow in Jersey Church Cemetery, Confluence, at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Marion Smith assisting. Daily American, March 24, 1981 [T019]
