  TARR
  
  Clyde Tarr, 77, of Willow Row Avenue, Canton, Ohio, formerly of Somerset,
  died June 10 in Sumser Health Care Center, Canton.  He was born July 22,
  1896 in Kittanning.  Preceded in death by his wife Lottie in 1988.  Survived
  by one son, Clyde Jack Tarr of Canton; one step-son Ethan Pritts of Indian
  Head and three grandchildren.  Member of the First United Methodist Church
  of Somerset.  He was a retired employe of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
  and worked on river locks in the Pittsburgh area.  Friends will be received
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home
  where services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Donald
  Lash officiating.  Interment, St. John's Cemetery.
