"Irish" Taylor Jr., 66, 322 Juniata St., Boswell, died Nov. 28, 1984, at Somerset Community Hospital. Born July 24, 1918, in Boswell, a son of the late John W. Sr. and Bertha V. (Mason) Taylor. Preceded in death by parents; stepfather, Harrison Hart; brothers, Leroy Hart and Milton and Alfred Taylor; and sister, Muriel Salvino. Survived by son, John W. III, Boswell, and four grandchildren. Brother of: Virgil Hart, married to the former Ann Horner, Roswell; Nancy, widow of Steve Boysza, Windber; Theodore Taylor, married to the former Alma Spory, Boswell; Evelyn, widow of Martin Lisansky, New York, N.Y.; Nellie, wife of Paul Boysza, Windber; Richard Taylor, married to the former Rita Kenny, Chicopee Falls, Mass.; and Nettie, widow of Robert Anderson, Nanty Glo. Member of Boswell Post 461 American Legion and Boswell Volunteer Fire Department. He was an Army veteran of WW II. Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Thursday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at 'the Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Chauncey J.
