Born Nov. 20, 1939, in Casselman, daughter of the late Joseph and Hazel (Reckner) May. Survived by her son, David Hampe; five daughters: Mrs. Tony (Sue) Workman, and Rosie Hampe, both of Creston, Ohio; Mrs. David (Cathy) Chaney, Rittman, Ohio; Mrs. Rickey (Brenda) Morris, Media, Ohio, and Mrs. Gary (Rachel) Lochart, Radcriff, Kentucky; 9 grandchildren; three brothers: Joseph May, Fredericksburg, Ohio; Bruce May, Monaca, and Richard May, Philadelphia; her twin sister, Mrs. George (Rose Mary) Smith, Beaver, and sisters: Mrs. Danny (Judy) McPerson, Monaca, and Thelma Cooper, Mercersburg, Pa. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Murray Funeral Home, 173 South Main St., Creston, Ohio. Services at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
