Taylor, 73, of 322 Juniata St., Boswell, died Nov. 30, 1994, at Somerset Hospital. Born Aug. 23, 1921, in Masontown. Son of John W. and Bertha V. (Mason) Taylor. Preceded in death by parents and son, Theodore A. "Teddy," and brothers, Virgil and Leroy Hart, Milton, John "Irish" and Alfred Taylor; a sister, Muriel Salvino, and daughter-in-law Lori (Budash) Taylor. Survived by wife, the former Alma L. Spory; and these children: Bertha "Bunny" Fleegle and Darlene Taylor, both of Boswell; Larry, married to Tammy Weyand, Somerset; Terry, married to Jodie Brain of Boswell, and John "Mick" of Boswell. Also these grandchildren: Christy, Brennan, Katelynn and Desiree Fleegle and Jessica Baker, Timmy Taylor, Misty Woy and Nathaniel Taylor. Brother of Nancy Boysza and Nellie, wife of Paul Boysza, both of Windber; Evelyn Lizansky, New York, and Richard Taylor, Chicopee, Mass. Past member of Boswell Post 461, American Legion; Jenner Rod and Gun Club and Ferndale Sportsmen. Would have observed 40th wedding anniversary Dec. 25, 1994. Member of the UMWA. Employed with various local mines for over 48 years. Army veteran of World War II, having served in the Battle of the Bulge. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Rev. C.J.
