  Wilmer Irvin "Babe" Taylor, Jr., 67, of Somerset RD 6, died early Sunday
  morning, Nov. 18, 1984, in Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Dec. 14, 1916,
  in New Paris, son of the late Wilmer Irvin Taylor Sr. and Ruie (Statler)
  Taylor.  Preceded in death by brother, William S. Taylor; sister, Margaret
  Kerr; one niece and one nephew.  Survived by one sister, Vivian Hyde of
  Bedford RD 2; one niece and four nephews.  Affliated with the New Paris
  United Methodist Church and had been employed by the Shaffer's Run Fish
  Hatchery for many years.  Grave services will be held Saturday, Nov. 24, at
  11 a.m. from the Schellsburg Cemetery, the Rev. Charles L. Shaffer
  officiating.  There will be no visitation.  In lieu of flowers, contributions
  may be made to the New Paris United Methodist Church.  Arrangements by the
  Berkebile Funeral Home, Bedford.
