Hoblitzell, son, James J. Hoblitzell and sister, Miss Annie Black, were called to Annapolis, Md., last week owing to the sudden death of W. H. Teas, husband of Mrs. Hoblitzell's only daughter. Mr. Teas was an expert chemist and for many years was engaged in the manufacture of wood extracts and paper from the wood pulp from which valuable acids had been extracted by his extract mills. He was very successful in his business operations and had a very beautiful home on the shore of Chesapeake Bay near Annapolis. He is survived by his wife and three sons. Mr. Teas was well known in Meyersdale and was highly esteemed here. His loss is keenly felt by his relatives, friends and business associates. Meyersdale Republican, May 8, 1930
