  MRS. JUNIPER TEATS 
  
  Mrs. Verdie G. Teats, 67, of Friendsville, Md., died June 7, 1975, in
  Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland.  Born in West Virginia, she was a
  daughter of Mrs. Mary Long, Whitmer, W. Va., and the late Mr. Long.  She was
  preceded in death by her husband, Juniper S. Teats.  Surviving are a son,
  Winston, Teats, Friendsville; three stepchildren and a great-grandchild.
  Funeral service was conducted in Newman Funeral Home, Friendsville, with
  Rev. Brian Schofield officiating.  Interment in the Steele Cemetery.
