  Arvella M. Tedrow, 73, Meyersdale RD 4, formerly of Salisbury, died Nov. 5,
  1986, in Somerset Community Hospital.  Born March 18, 1913, in Finzel, Md.,
  daughter of the late John and Alberta (Finzel) Housel.  Preceded in death by
  her husband, Dennis H.  Survived by one son, Donald, Berlin RD 1; six
  daughters: Mrs. Evelyn Christner, Malvern, Ohio; Mrs. Elaine Miller,
  Garrett RD 1; Mrs. Edith Hutzell, Meyersdale RD 3; Mrs. Trellis Foy, Berlin
  RD 3; Mrs. Vickie Wiley, Meyersdale RD 4; and Mrs. Sue Coughenour,
  Meyersdale RD 4; 31 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three brothers:
  Harry, Paul and Robert, all of Salisbury; four sisters: Mrs. Dorothy
  Diamond, W.Virginia; Mrs. Pauline Norris, Meyersdale RD 3; Mrs. Mary Durst,
  Salisbury; and Mrs. Rachel Durst, Grantsville, Md.  Friends will be received
  Thursday 7-9 pm. and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home,
  Salisbury, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. with the
  Rev. Wilbur Fischer and the Rev. Bruce Brumfield officiating.  Interment,
  Salisbury Cemetery.
