    Daisy (Hemminger) Glessner-Tempest, 93, of Jacksonville, Fla., and
  formerly of Boswell, died June 27, 1994, at Jacksonville Hospital.  Born in
  Boswell, a daughter of William F. and Elizabeth L. (Sipe) Hemminger. 
  Preceded in death by parents; first husband, John Glessner, in 1935, and
  second husband, George E. Tempest, in 1970.  Survived by three children:
  Elaine C. Yoder and Meredith Glessner, married to Lucile, both of
  Jacksonville, Fla., and Gene Glessner, married to Marie, of Vinton, La. 
  Also seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  Member of St. James
  Lutheran Church, Jacksonville.  A resident of Jacksonville since 1960. 
  Funeral services to be held Thursday in Florida.  Friends received from
  noon until 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street,
  Boswell, followed by graveside service and interment at 2 p.m. Friday at
  Jenner Cross Roads Cemetery, Rev. Edward N. Corneilson.
